GUEST NAMES BADGES FOR THE HIGH HOLY DAYS
Complete one of the forms below, depending on whether you are a member bringing guests or you are a community member without a PTS host. Name badges ordered by September 14 will be available at the Welcome Center when you arrive for Yom Kippur. If you do not register by September 14, please come! Walk-ins welcome.
How much are guest name badges?
Please do not let the cost of name badges stop you from bringing guests. Contact office@sholom.org for assistance.
Guests 29 and under
There is no charge to bring guests up to age 29 or on active military duty.
Guests 30 and up
Name badges for guest ages 30 and up are $250/person for the entire High Holy Day season.
Complete this Name Badge Form for Guests of Members if you are a member and would like to bring guests to in-person services at PTS.
Do not use this form if your guests fall in the following categories:
- Adult-children through age 29 (those name badges will be sent automatically)
- Guests of single members. Since single members of the congregation are entitled to one complimentary name badge, please contact the temple office to let us know the name of your guest.
If your guests belong to another synagogue, they may be eligible for complimentary reciprocal tickets. Instead of completing this form, they should complete the reciprocal ticket form or contact their home congregation for more information.
