Quick Tips

It may look like just a website, but you should know that PTS also uses sholom.org (aka ShulCloud) as a tool for congregant information, event registration, payments and donations, and our PTS calendar.

Log in by by selecting My Account from the top right corner of sholom.org or by clicking the button below. If you need help, please contact office@sholom.org

Your Personal Information

Click My Account and My Family. Here you can view and edit your family member's names, contact information, and birthdates. Keeping family member information, including minor children, up to date helps us to best serve your family. Use Edit My Addresses and My Yahrzeits to check these for accuracy or make changes. 

WARNING - Please do not "switch" the primary and secondary adults because not all the right information will follow. If you’d like to change the account “primary,” please contact office@sholom.org.

Statement / Payments / Donations

Click My Billing to see financial transactions and to set up your own payment plans. Statements are sent monthly by email and quarterly by snail mail to anyone who has an outstanding balance. Tax statements are sent annually in January.

Click on Donate or Pay My Bill. Here, make a donation or pay a current balance. When making a donation, choose your selected fund under “type” and the appropriate “dedication.” When paying a balance, select which items to pay using the associated check box. The total will calculate at the bottom of the page. Proceed to payment to complete the transaction. Online payments and donations will be applied directly to your account.

Calendar

The sholom.org Calendar contains the most up-to-date information about any event. Even the Schmooze is created by drawing information from the Calendar.
Click on Calendar. If you are logged in, you will also see your family’s personal data, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and yahrzeits. This is not public and no one else will see this information.

You can also view the “online flier” for any calendar event by clicking on its image from the UPCOMING EVENTS section of the homepage or by clicking on Calendar and finding it at a future date.

Event Registration

It helps the office staff for you to log in every time you register for an event. When you are logged into sholom.org, your registration is recorded with full information about the attendees and payments are mapped automatically. When you register for an event without logging in, the office staff will manually assign the registration to you, which may take a few extra days.

Access to the Member Directory

Click My Account or Connect and then Member Directory. The PTS directory is available to members only and for the sole purpose of communicating within our community. The directory may not be used for commercial or other non-PTS purposes.

Managing Your Subscriptions

By default, members are added to our various lists for regular e-communications: Schmooze (weekly) and Voices (monthly) and also periodic/as-needed e-communications: Special Announcements, Social Justice, Condolence, and Mazal Tov. If you would like to make any changes to your subsriptions, go to My Account, My Subscriptions, and follow the online instructions from there.

How To Sign Up For Urgent Text Notifications From PTS

Follow these instructions to ensure that you are set up to receive text message notifications from PTS for urgent matters.

  1. Click the My Account button on the top right
  2. Scroll down to My Personal Information and click on My Profile
  3. Click on View & edit your profile
  4. Click on Contact Info
  5. Enter mobile phone number
  6. Scroll down to SUBSCRIPTIONS and check the SMS box at the top of the far right column
  7. Click Save Changes
