2022-2023 CONTRIBUTION REQUEST FORM

Hello Parents!

The PTS Preschool Parent Teacher Organization collects funds at the beginning of the year in order to pay for many fantastic events for our families and gifts for our beloved teachers throughout the year. Paying these funds now allows you to participate in these events and make your teachers feel appreciated and loved. If you choose not to participate, you will be billed for individual events that you attend throughout the year. This is a fast and easy way to participate! Your funds go toward the following:

Fabulous events for your family such as: Pizza with a Date, Concert with My Biggest Fan, Grandparents Day, and Preschool Family Dinner on Shabbat.
Teacher Appreciation Lunches (once per month a room parent buys lunch for the teachers and staff, which they love!)
Teacher, assistant teacher, and staff gifts at the holidays and end of year.

The PTS Preschool PTO Board requests the following from each family:

$150 for the first child
$120 for each additional child
$50 for each child enrolled in extended care. (These funds will be used for a gift for the extended teachers at the holidays and end of year.)
