The criteria for the Alexa Paige Goldman scholarship is the applicant's contribution to the Jewish community as well as what the applicant hopes to gain from the experience of traveling to Israel. The applicant should write about the ways they have been a part of, and contributed to, life at Peninsula Temple Sholom, including Confirmation class, the Madrichim prorgram, and/or PARTY. We are also curious to know how the applicant has built not just our PTS community but the Jewish community at large. The applicant should finally write about why they want to participate in the NFTY trip to Israel and how the trip might impact the applicant’s life.
