How to register for PTS Preschool
Do you have a ShulCloud Account?
Maybe - If you are not sure, please call the office. Having two accounts can be problematic! If you ever had any dealings with PTS, you may have an account!
No – Fill out an Intake form here. The office will need to process information from this form, so be sure to complete this step well before your registration date.

Read and follow the screen instructions to enroll your child. Take your time and read everything!!
- Make sure you choose the member or non-member (this refers to Peninsula Temple Sholom membership) option as appropriate when you choose your child’s class. If you are using a cell phone to register (not recommended), please turn your phone sideways so that you can see the full description in the drop-down menu.
- Be sure to know what age and hours you are interested in. The class hours are named as follows:
Half Day - 9:00am - 1:00pm
Plus Day - 9:00am - 3:30pm
E-Plus Day - 8:00am - 3:30pm
Full Day - 8:00am - 6:00pm
- As you go through the screens, make sure your information is correct and edit it as necessary.
- You will be required to enter at least one emergency contact. This should be someone other than you or your spouse.
- You will need to pay for the non-refundable registration fee. (The first of your ten tuition payments will be due and applied upon confirmation of your spot in the school.) Payment can be made using a credit card (3% fee applied) or with your bank’s routing number and your checking account information. No Amex please.
- In order to pay with via your bank, you will need to set up the account in advance of registration.

- Sibling Discount: We are offering a 10% sibling discount that will be taken at confirmation of your placement in the school. The 10% will be applied to the lower priced class and based on the core pricing. One sibling discount is available for each tuition paid in full. (10% is taken off the 9-1 core tuition price and not the extended care tuition portion.) For more information, please call the office.
- Once you see the THANK YOU screen, you are finished. You will received an email acknowledging that you have completed the registration form.
- We will be in touch with you within the next several weeks to confirm your placement or wait list status in the school. At that time the 1/10 tuition installment will be taken from the mode of payment used to register. The remaining payments will be due beginning in August.
