Volunteer Registration

SignUpGenius is your one-stop shop for registering to volunteer for any/all events at PTS. Each family is required to fulfill at least 3 hours of volunteer work per year, a small commitment that makes a big impact! Volunteering is a great way to meet other families and get a peek into your child’s world at school.

Enjoy a taco & quesadilla bar in your child's classroom followed by a magic show in the social hall.
Infant-Toddler Concert + Brunch 12/6/2025 Caterpillars, Butterflies, and their parents are welcomed to enjoy a short concert and brunch in the MPR.
Family Dinner
3/13/2026
A prechool-wide dinner in the social hall with all of our kids and parents.
Infant-Toddler Sensory Picnic 3/21/2026 Caterpillars, Butterflies, and their parents are welcomed to enjoy a sensory play extravaganza on the playground & picnic lunch in the MPR.
Special Friend + Grandparent's Day
5/8/2026
Get a taste of your child's school day and then enjoy a provided lunch together.
Afterwards, enjoy the book fair.

Count-Me-In Events Calendar

These volunteer-run, community-building events are pay-per-admittance, with the ticket rates listed below.
100% of ticket funds go to supporting the betterment of the school.

Pumpkin Patch 10/18/2025 Autumnal family fun on the PTS playground, including pumpkin decorating, sweet fall treats & hot apple cider, and a bounce house.  $35
Pizza + Movie Night TBD Enjoy a showing of Cars 1, a dinner of pizza, and a goodie bag per person! Pizza is served at 5pm and the screening starts promptly at 5:45pm. We welcome you to bring low lounge chairs, and blankets. $35
